Delivery and Shipping Policy

Brown Leather Jacket ensures secure shipping and timely deliveries for its clients across the globe. The service operates deliveries and shipping of the orders within specific regulations explained in the following policy. All clients and users of our website and services are required to abide by this policy. If any client disagrees with any of the clauses of this policy, it is advised that they refrain from using our website or service. 

Shipping destinations

We ship to all regions of the UK and worldwide. The delivery is FREE worldwide. 

Processing time 

  • Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days once confirmed. 

  • The usual delivery time for the orders is from 7 to 9 business days. 

  • Customised or made-to-order products may take up to 15 business days for production. 

  • Clients receive an email with tracking details once their orders are dispatched. 

Shipping costs 

  • Free shipping is applied to all orders. 

  • No minimum order value is required to avail of the free delivery. 

customs and duties 

For international orders, customs and duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU)

International customers have to pay Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), which may differ from country to country. To confirm the duty amount, customers are advised to visit their nearest customs office. 

No shipping 

  • The service does not ship orders to AP, FPO, and P.O. box addresses. 

  • Sanctioned countries or territories. 

Note

  • For more than one order to a single address, the service prepares a single package and delivers it. 

  • The service can choose any courier company to its liking. 

Client responsibility 

It is the client’s responsibility to provide the full street address and complete and accurate contact details for timely delivery. In case of any inaccuracy or incomplete details, the service is not responsible for the order delivery. 

After dispatching the order to the courier company, we send the tracking ID to every client. It is the client’s responsibility to keep track of the order. This is important because any issues in the order delivery resulting from the mishandling of the courier company will not be the responsibility of the service. The service will try to deliver the product for a limited number of attempts; however, after that, we will not be liable for a refund. 

Address change 

Once the order is dispatched to the courier company, the service will not be able to make any changes to the shipping address. If the client wants to revise the address, they should consult the courier company.
